Doug Haynes, an ASHI certified home inspector serving Cincinnati, brings a wealth of experience to the table. Before transitioning to home inspections, Doug spent over a decade as the General Manager of a prominent supply chain company.
In this role, he was responsible for conducting facility inspections, writing detailed reports, managing logistics and maintenance, and overseeing customer relations. His leadership also extended to developing business plans and managing budgets, giving him a strong foundation in problem-solving and attention to detail.
Now as a professional home inspector, Doug is excited to apply this diverse skill set to help homebuyers make informed decisions. His background in inspecting facilities and managing complex systems allows him to identify potential issues and offer practical advice with confidence.
Doug’s goal is to ensure families enter the homebuying process with peace of mind, knowing they have a clear understanding of the home’s current condition and what to expect in the future.

Cheryl Haynes brings a unique blend of skills and experience to the home inspection field. Having served as a police officer for over 18 years, Cheryl is no stranger to the importance of paying close attention to detail. Her dedication to community service and her finely tuned observational skills are invaluable assets in her role as a home inspector.
In addition to her work in law enforcement, Cheryl is also a licensed real estate agent, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the real estate process from multiple perspectives.
Although she inspects homes on a part-time basis, Cheryl’s methodical and patient approach ensures that no detail is overlooked. Her collaboration with her husband, Doug, allows them to provide thorough and reliable inspections, with Cheryl’s sharp eye for detail revealing key insights that might otherwise be missed.
Whether inspecting homes or working in real estate, Cheryl is committed to helping families make informed decisions about their homes with confidence.
